So, Yamaha India is preparing to add a new colour to their modern-retro hybrid scooter – Fascino 125.
Showcased during their dealer event where they also introduced the MT-15 v2 , R15 M World GP 60th Anniversary Edition and their two new Electric-Scooters, Yamaha also showed the new ‘Silver’ colour draped Fascino 125 which will make its way onto the dealership floors real soon.
2022 Yamaha Fascino 125 Hybrid new Silver colour
Looking at the images shared by an online portal, we can see that the new Silver paint is accented by Black elements throughout the body of the scooter.
The use of contrasting Black paint can be seen encasing the headlight, used as the inner bezel of the front turn-indicators and covering the front apron of the scooter in the form of metallic Black paint-job. There is a dark Brown coloured seat equipped on the scooter as well.

It is highly unlikely that the Japanese manufacturer will bring any changes to the internals of the Fascino 125 scooter. The Yamaha scooter will still be powered by the same 125 cc, single-cylinder, engine which produces 8.2 PS of power and 10.3 Nm of torque and is aided by a mild-hybrid system. Recently, Yamaha showcased the prowess of their hybrid technology by taking on a mileage challenge, where their hybrid scooters returned a whopping 90 km/l.
New Fascino 125 Hybrid Silver colour Expected Price, Availability and Rivals
Coming to the price, we expect the company will price the new Silver colour option at around Rs. 83,130/- (ex-showroom, Delhi) similar to other colour options like Suave Copper, Dark Matte Blue and Cool Blue Metallic which also sport similar contrasting Black elements.
The launch of the new colour is not too far. We expect the company to launch the new paint scheme in the coming weeks on their website.
The Fascino 125 Hybrid competes against the Suzuki Access 125, Honda Activa 125, TVS Jupiter 125 and Hero Destini 125 in the segment.
