TVS launched the Apache 200 on 20th January 2016 just before the Auto Expo 2016. The new Apache, which is offered with both – Carburettor and fuel injector, becomes the new flagship for TVS and sports ABS as well as Pirelli tyres.
It has been more than a month and half since its launch and sales have not begun yet. Prices of all the variants are also not known. A lot of prospect customers have been asking us for an update on this and hence, we connected with the company officials to seek the latest details.
The official word says, TVS will start rolling out Apache 200 to the selected tier 1 cities first by March end, which means expect kick-start of sales and commencement of deliveries to begin by early April 2016. Followed by the initial despatches, TVS plans to spread in a phased manner across the country which will include all the dealerships which will cover tier 2 and 3 cities.
This infers that the Apache 200 will be up and on sale from April-end or starting of May at all TVS touchpoints!
However, they informed us that they have still not finalized the prices of all the variants (apart from the base Rs 88,990 ex-showroom) and once they are frozen they will be sharing them with us.
