Royal Enfield Sales September 2022 – 144.85% Growth In Total Sales, Exports Rose 34.23% YoY

Royal Enfield sales numbers for September of 2022 are in. They have posted growth both in Domestic Sales as well as Exports when compared with the numbers from last year. 

The Gross sales of Royal Enfield for September 2022 stood at 82,097 units, up by a massive 144.85% compared to 33,529 units sold in September 2021.

Year-over-Year Sales – 

Comparing the Domestic sales of September 2022 with the sales of September 2021, we see a growth of a whopping 144.85%. 

Similarly, the Exports over this time period grew by 34.23%. It grew from 6,296 units registered in September of last year to 8,451 units in September of 2022.

Month-over-Month Sales – 

Compared with sales from the previous month, the numbers are all in Green for Domestic as well as Exports. Hence, the Gross total is in Green as well. 

The Domestic sales MoM expanded by 17.10%, up from 62,892 units sold in August 2022. 

Likewise, the Exports expanded by a significant 17.05% compared to August 2022, up from 7,220 units exported in the previous month. 

The Gross sales, consequently, increased considering MoM. The numbers showed an expansion of 17.09%, up from 70,112 units registered in August 2022. 

In other news, Royal Enfield have a lineup of at least 3 new models which are ready to be launched in the coming months. Royal Enfield Super Meteor/Thunderbird 650 has been spotted recently in its top-spec White-Chrome trim suggesting that the introduction is just round the corner. Other is the next-gen Bullet 350, which has been making appearances for a while now. 

Their most anticipated Himalayan 450 ADV has also been spotted multiple times overseas and on our roads being tested extensively in heavy traffic or loaded with luggage. This suggests that the new 450 cc platform on which the new Himalayan is developed will be introduced very soon.
