OLA, which has recently ventured in the Electric mobility space with big plans, is expanding its leadership team. G R Arun Kumar is now onboard as the Group CFO of OLA as well as for OLA Electric. The ridesharing company has also welcomed Mr. Swayam Saurabh as the CFO of Ola Mobility, Financial and Food services.
OLA has recently been on a hiring spree. It has appointed a new Group CIO, CHRO, Design Head as well as Sales/distribution head for OLA Electric. OLA is aiming grand with its new venture and is building a pool of talent at the top level.
Mr. Arun Kumar has brought along his twenty years of experience and expertise in business growth management, finance strategy, and handling large-scale debt and equity transactions. Arun also has years of prowess in leading supply chain teams and large third-party manufacturing along with greenfield manufacturing projects.
His addition to OLA will prove beneficial in managing the creation and critical suppliers for the company’s upcoming largest two-wheeler factory.

On joining Ola, Arun commented that he is hoping to add value to the group by developing profitable business models and efficient capital structure for Electric mobility and consumer internet business. He remarks on OLA CEO Bhavish’s visions as game-changing.
On the other hand, Swayam Saurabh also boasts of experience and proficiency in business process improvements, risk handling, internal audit, etc. With his career spanning over two decades, Mr. Saurabh has been a part of top companies like Phillips, Asian Paints, Larsen & Toubro, and Hindustan Zinc.

He is aiming to create growth rapidly in the consumer internet segment of OLA. Swayam has also stressed upon having a strong margin mindset and maintaining world-class governance.
