390 Adventure launch or just unveil tomorrow? Will we get to see India-spec model? Will KTM reveal its price?
Though there is still no concrete evidence of the 390 Adventure tomorrow at the India Bike Week, but all the hints point at almost a confirmation of the motorcycle’s first debut in India. Presence of ‘Adventure’ officials, KTM’s confirmation of ‘new’ motorcycles, report from reliable media etc, all suggest that India’s dream of seeing a production adventure motorcycle on KTM’s 390 platform will get real tomorrow.
However, will KTM simply put the motorcycle on display or will it also talk about its specs for our domestic market? And more importantly will KTM reveal its price? These questions are valid because, in its official invite to us, it has used the term ‘unveil‘ and not ‘launch’.
390 Adventure will be Bharat Stage VI compliant, for sure and according to speculations, deliveries of the mid capacity ADV are expected to commence from next year onwards.

Husqvarna Launch in First Week of Dec, Confirms Top Bajaj Official
We are betting at a price tag of Rs 2.9-3.0 Lakh ex-showroom for the 390 Adventure which will still make it significantly cheaper than BMW’s G310 GS which in its BS4 guise, is priced at 3.50 Lakh ex-showroom! Do you think the KTM may spill over the 3 Lakh mark?
