Here’s another savoury delicacy headed to tingle the taste buds of all petrolheads, after they were appetised by the full-faired Race Competition Series from KTM!

Yes, it is the full-faired version of the Pulsar 200NS, and could probably be named as the Pulsar 200SS (Super Sports).

Posted by Nitin Aggarwal at his Facebook page, this Pulsar mule was caught around Lavasa near Pune. He caught a glimpse of this test bike wrapped up in camouflage. Not only did he snap some pictures of the test bike, he even managed to swing his leg over the bike to get a much-desired feel!

Here are more details on the upcoming Pulsar 200SS:

  1. It will sport a menacing front fairing.
  2. Projectors are BACK….
  3. It will be equipped with a fuel-injection system.
  4. Anti-Lock Braking System will also be present.
  5. The seating position as well as the handlebars are comfortable, and the bike is expected to be a decent one for touring, more so with the windshield.
  6. Unlike the 200NS, the test bike doesn’t have an underbelly exhaust.

The faired version of the Pulsar 200NS, with a few embellishments, is definitely set to set the sales charts soaring. Though the 200cc mill could leave a bit to be desired against quarter-liter bikes, the bike could foretell us about the much-hyped 375 cc Pulsar.

The spied bike will definitely carry a premium over the Pulsar 200NS when it goes on sale. It is definitely expected to get launched within a few months from now.

This bike has been spotted earlier in a different scoop which was a huge revelation in times when we were expecting the bigger faired Pulsar 375! On the other hand, consistent spyshots of a new naked Pulsar 200NS alike mule have been making way as featured above. This is the speculated Pulsar 180 NS!

Do you really consider this as a masterstroke and a perfect reply from Bajaj to the upcoming 2014 Karizma ZMR & Karizma R? Which one will you buy then?
