Burgman Street BS6 Gets First Price Hike of Rs 1800

Burgman Street’s latest price hike takes the total increment closer to Rs 6700 which is 12 percent higher than BS4.

Suzuki’s first maxi-scooter Burgman Street was updated with Bharat Stage 6 emission norms in February this year.

In this transition, it gained fuel injection but lost a minimal 0.2 Nm of torque however the peak power remained unchanged from the same 125cc engine of the BS4 variant.

The scooter received a price hike of Rs 6898 or 9 percent over the BS4 trim and within 3 odd months, it has seen another price hike of Rs 1800 – first for the BS6 variant. The scooter has now become dearer by Rs 8698 effectively which is a hike of 12 percent within 4-5 months.

2020 Gixxer SF 250 BS6 Launched at 1.74 Lakh
