Along with the streetfighter model, Suzuki has also officially introduced the 2020 Gixxer SF 250 which also gains the mandatory Bharat Stage 6 compliance. It was first unveiled at the 2020 Noida Auto Expo.
The faired sportster continues to be powered by the same 249cc, single cylinder, SOHC engine. It produces the same 26.5 PS of peak power but it now comes at 9300 rpm (300 rpm higher than before). Peak torque has gone down by 0.4 Nm to 22.2 Nm but it maxes 200 rpm earlier at 7300 rpm. Suzuki says that the six-speed gearbox helps the ride at low and middle speed range.

The older model was launched at Rs 1,70,655 last year which means the hike is Rs 3345 or about 2 percent in this transition.
