Suzuki is going all guns blazing! They have decided that it is enough of extremely commuter stuff and are now focusing completely on the (slightly) premium range of motorcycles and scooters.
After the official introduction of new 2019 Access SP, Suzuki has introduced the Gixxer SF MotoGP edition in India which was the missing puzzle in the lineup. As has been the case, the Gixxer SF MotoGP edition wears the Suzuki Racing Blue colour theme which takes inspiration from the 2019 edition of GSX-RR – Suzuki’s MotoGP machine. It also gets an ECSTAR logo on the fairing along with contrast coloured yellow rim stripes for that added sportiness.
Mr Devashish Handa, Vice President, Suzuki India said that they have received an overwhelming response for the newly launched 2019 Gixxer SF series and bikers were demanding the MotoGP livery.

As compared to the regular Gixxer SF, Suzuki is charging a premium of only Rs 735 for the sportier-looking offering. Regular Gixxer SF is available in black and silver colour options.

Mechanically, there has been no change and the 2019 Gixxer SF MotoGP continues with the same 155cc, fuel injected, air-cooled, SOHC engine which pumps out 14.1 PS of peak power at 8000 rpm and 14 Nm of max torque at 6000 rpm. It comes with a single-channel ABS.
