Now View & Park Apaches in Your Drawing Room Through TVS ARIVE App

TVS ARIVE app allows you to view your selected TVS vehicles up close, from wherever you are. You can also book your bike online…

One of the most aggressive 2-wheeler maker of current times, TVS Motor has launched an augmented reality-based app called ARIVE that lets users view the vehicle of their choice virtually, using the AR technology. To do this, they don’t have to visit TVS dealerships. Instead, you can do it from the comfort of your home.

The name ARIVE expands as ‘Augmented Reality Interactive Vehicle Experience’. Currently, the app showcases only the flagship models, including Apache RR 310 and Apache RTR 200 4V. However, the company will add more models from the lineup into the app.

The app comes with three modes – 3D mode, Scan a Real Bike, and Place to Explore. The 3D-mode, as the name suggests, takes you to a virtual garage wherein you can swipe around and view the bike from different angles.

Talking about the ‘Scan a Real Bike’ option, you can scan an actual bike that you spot on the streets and highlight the vehicle’s features and points of interest.

The third option, ‘Place to Explore’, is the most interesting of the lot. It requires you to clear an area around you and place a 3D model of the vehicle virtually in front of you. Then, you need to physically walk around the bike to view and explore it from different angles. You can place the virtual vehicle in your parking lot, home, or wherever you are.

It is to be noted that you will need an AR-supported device to use the app. However, if you do not have an AR-enabled device, you can only use the 3D-mode. The TVS ARIVE app is now available for download on Google Play and Apple App Store.
