Blauer helmet price range will vary from ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 as first announced by the Steelbird. This is the entry level in the portfolio…
It was back in August last year, when Steelbird announced its partnership with international Blauer brand. Blauer manufactures motorcycle helmets, accessories, technical garments, etc and is a renowned player in America and Europe.
After a year, the first two helmets have been launched in India called as Hacker and Solo. Both are half-face helmets which are made of fibreglass which, the company says, make them durable. The shells are manufactured with balloon moulding technology unlike the handmade fibreglass shells generally used.
Both the Hacker and Solo are manufactured at Steelbird’s Baddi plant in Himachal Pradesh. Both of them will be offered with double visors, painted air vents and replaceable interiors. Hacker offers replaceable TPU rear band which is available in different colours and enhances visibility.
Both the Blauer helmets are available in sizes ranging from 540 mm (XS) to 620 mm (XXL) covering most of the head sizes.
