Royal Enfield Appoints Yadvinder Singh Guleria as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Royal Enfield new COO, Mr. Guleria, will look after the Business growth in domestic & international market along with other departments

So, Royal Enfield have announced the onboarding of Mr. Yadvinder Singh Guleria as company’s new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) effective from this month (July 2022). 

Royal Enfield have shared that Mr. Guleria will take up responsibility for leading the company’s business growth across both Indian as well as international markets. He will be further responsible in leading the sales, marketing and aftermarket functions of Royal Enfield.

Speaking on Mr. Guleria’s appointment, Mr. B Govindarajan, (CEO – Royal Enfield) said –

“We are very happy to bring Yadvinder on board to lead the global sales and commercial operations for the brand. He comes with extensive experience in the premium two-wheeler industry and has proven expertise in leading and driving business growth. 

He further added –

“At Royal Enfield, we are turning a new chapter in our global growth story. Our international markets have been performing extremely well, and we have invested greatly in growing our market and retail infrastructure and in people across key markets. Yadvinder’s experience will be valuable in channeling this team’s enthusiasm, and shaping future business growth for us. I am confident that under his leadership, Royal Enfield will build stronger and deeper inroads into markets around the world.”

Mr. Yadvinder Singh Guleria have joined Royal Enfield at a very critical time, where the company is poised to add several new models in their established 350 cc & 650 cc platforms – Hunter 350 & Super Meteor/Thunderbird 650 – and are also preparing a brand new 450 cc platform which will spawn the new Himalayan 450 ADV from it and a probable Roadster as well. 

Mr Guleria had a very exemplary history & career where he was part of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) since their inception in 1999 and was a major contributor in many critical functions for the company for more than two decades.

He was elevated to HMSI’s Board of Directors in 2020 and spearheaded Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Brand & Communication along with the new vertical of Premium Motorcycle Business for the company. 

Mr. Guleria parted ways with HMSI after more than 20 years in June of 2022.
