There are two things that have become guaranteed – price hike on petrol and price increment on motorcycles, specially in the last 2-3 years.
During the last few years, R15 v3 received multiple price increments and the R15 v4 was already introduced at a premium (over the V3) in September. And barely in around three, the R15 V4 has received its second price hike – the saga continues!

The latest price increment is flat Rs 5000 across the line-up (except the MotoGP variant). It comes after the motorcycle received a Rs 3000 increase in November. This corresponds to a hike of almost upto 3 percent.

Though the new model looks brilliant and comes with some very impressive features, such price hikes just after the launch (two in only ~3 months?) are simply ridiculous.
