In a very confusing strategy, Honda has officially launched the 2020 Livo in India after teasing it few days back. Apart from the mandated Bharat Stage 6 compliant engine, the entry level premium 110cc motorcycle gets many new features.
The new Livo continues with a 110cc engine but no other details have been shared by Honda in its press announcement. In all probability, it will get the same (new) fuel injected engine from CD110 Dream; specs are not known at the moment.

In terms of features, it gets Honda’s ACG starter which offers a silent start, DC headlamp, Integrated engine start/stop switch, Integrated headlight beam and pass switch, Service due indicator, updated digital analogue meter and minor cosmetic changes.

The motorcycle will be available in two variants – disc and drum but Honda has, for some reason, only shared the price of the entry variant, that also ex-showroom Jaipur (instead of Delhi).

However, the bigger surprise is the fact that this executive 110cc commuter is costlier than Honda’s own (high selling) 2020 Shine BS6 (which costs Rs 67,447 ex-showrom Jaipur for the drum brake variant). Which means that it gets a hefty price increment and the premium disc variant will even cross that Rs 70,000 mark!

The 2020 Livo is available in four colors – Athletic Blue Metallic, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Imperial Red Metallic and Black. Honda will commence dispatches of the motorcycle from this week which means deliveries should commence from the second week of July onwards.
