Naked Apache 310 is coming for sure and this is a proof of the same! Brace yourself up for a very exciting 300!
So, if the Triumph Speed 400 mania is over, let us talk about some other motorcycle maker and a potentially an equally interesting upcoming motorcycle. Here we have the first day time road spy pics of what could be the naked Apache 310.
BikeAdvice first broke this news of TVS registering a new tag name of ‘Apache RTX‘ – a clear signal that there is a new motorcycling lineup that the Chennai based maker is working on – apart from the existing RTRs (naked models) and the RR (full faired sports models). The street naked based on the 310 platform could be called as Apache RTX 310 – debuting this new moniker of the Apache range.
Now, unfortunately, not a lot can be deciphered through these spy pics but for the first time we have a very clear view of the tail. We can notice split tail lamps – giving us a hint of the Pulsars. The number plate housing as well as the side blinkers are mounted on the rear tyre hugger – leaving a clean tail look that is loved by a lot of motorcyclists.
Then we have the Apache RR 310-like exhaust canister and that tyre size that appears to be the same 150 mm 17 incher. The conventional rod-type handlebar is raised and together with slightly rear-set foot pegs the riding posture is nice and upright.

Of whatever is visible of the instrument console, it does not appear to be similar to the RR’s cluster. However, expect smartphone pairability and whole bunch of features to be on offer. As for the front, that has been snapped first time, we see pretty bright LED lights that may be split and are low-set to give that sporty feeling.
From the last set of spy pics, it was unearthed that the naked Apache may come with a new sub-frame, swingarm, alloy wheels and even the rear monoshock. You can check them here.
TVS may be gunning for a launch timeframe of this festive season based on what we could understand, however, there is no confirmation of the same. But basis the brilliance of the existing Apache RR 310, rest assured that whenever this product arrives this will definitely create a lot of interest in the market, specially considering that we are probably looking at a 300 around that Rs 2 Lac mark!
