It seems that the world was waiting for the 390 Adventure which happens to be the smallest motorcycle in KTM’s famed Adventure range. It made its global debut at EICMA in November 2019 and was launched in India in January 2020.
Now that the maker has settled down with its Indian production, KTM has confirmed its launch in the American market. The 390 Adventure will be put on sale next month (May 2020). KTM has also revealed that the baby ADV will cost $6199 which is roughly 4.71 Lakh in INR. In comparison, the 390 Duke and RC390 cost around 4.20 Lakh in INR there. The premium has been kept at around 12 percent whereas in India the price difference between the 390 Duke and ADV is around 18 percent.
That is not all there is another difference from the Indian market. In India, the BMW G310 GS costs Rs 3.50 Lakh and it is placed over the KTM (at a premium of Rs 50,000 or 17 percent). On the other hand, in America the 390 Adventure is placed higher than the Beemer (G310 GS costs $5795/4.40 Lakh INR).

The 390 Adventure continues with its two colours of Orange and White. It is powered by the 373cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine which makes 32 KW of peak power. Among conventional motorcycles, the 390s are the smallest KTMs in America.
