With attractive 390 Adventure finance options, KTM intends to turn the high demand for the baby ADV into sales during these COVID times…
Even before COVID-19, India was caught in a big falling motorcycle demand cycle. Corona just aggravated the complete situation. However, KTM, willingly or unwillingly, chose this very period to introduce one of the most awaited motorcycle of the last half a decade – the 390 Adventure!
It was launched in India in January this year at 2.99 Lakh ex-showroom. In April, we carried a story where we learnt that KTM 390s sales increased 2.5 times since the company launched the baby ADV in our country (here are the numbers). This directly hints at the high demand the motorcycle has in the market.
In order to ease buying, KTM has introduced an attractive ownership plan for the motorcycle wherein you need to pay EMIs which start from Rs 6999. This plan has 80 percent coverage of the on-road price of the motorcycle and repayment in 5 years of ownership.
Apart from this, it has various offers like,
- Finance upto 95 percent of the cost of the motorcycle from Bajaj Finance and HDFC Bank where you get low interest rates and flexible repayment options.
- KTM is also offering exchange schemes for bikers willing to sell their existing motorcycles.

KTM’s Boss Confirms 490 Adventure!
Sumeet Narang, President (Probiking) at Bajaj said,
KTM 390 Adventure is a pivotal addition to our expanding portfolio. The model has seen a phenomenal response since its launch and holds promise of offering a truly capable and versatile adventure tourer to the biking enthusiasts. While KTM 390 Adventure has seen a very high purchase intent, one of the opportunities we see in accelerating ownership is to make the model more accessible to the enthusiasts. The finance schemes created with partners like Bajaj Finance Ltd & HDFC Bank are expected to address this opportunity and inspire a lot of customers to upgrade.
