Imperiale bookings can be made online or offline but there is one important condition missing. We list the three new details Benelli has confirmed today.
Ahead of the official launch of Benelli’s most important product in India – Imperiale 400, the company has opened pre-bookings of the model. Imperiale 400 will be the most affordable Benelli in the lineup and is company’s entry into the retro classic segment where it was not present so far. Which means that the intent is to diversify the portfolio attracting customers from different folds.

Here are the details that Benelli has revealed in an official press note shared with the media…
- Warranty: Imperiale 400 will get best-in-segment 3 year warranty. Add to that Benelli is not putting any mileage criteria here which means this is an ‘unlimited’ kilometre warranty.
- Colours – The classic motorcycle will be sold in three colours – Red, Black and Chrome. Two of them were spied yesterday.
- Booking Amount – You can pre-book your Imperiale at a payment of Rs 4000 only. This can be done both online (at this link) and offline (at Benelli’s showrooms).

Benelli has not cleared if this is a fully-refundable amount – not in the press note, nor at its website. ‘Terms and Conditions‘ link is also not working at the dedicated portal. So, it’s better you have a word with your nearest dealer before putting in your money. Imperiale 400 is a 374cc retro looking classic motorcycle which will rival Royal Enfield Classic and Jawa motorcycles in India. Few months back Benelli had confirmed that it will be priced under the 2 lakh price barrier and hence, we are expecting a tag of around 1.70-1.80 Lakh ex-showroom.
