Earlier today Hero announced the prices of the really-awaited mid-capacity roadster – Mavrick 440 and what came out should have pleased you. If you still don’t have an idea, we are talking about a 440cc roadster with oodles of bottom end torque at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.99 Lac for the base variant. Hero has also thrown in some extra goodies if you are an early booker. Here are all the details.
Hero Mavrick Bookings
Together with the price announcement, Hero has also opened bookings of the Mavrick from today across India.
- What is the booking amount?
- You need to pay Rs 5000 to secure your motorcycle.
- Where can I book one?
- Bookings are open at the official website. You can also contact your nearest dealer which is also keeping the Harley X440. He should also be able to take your bookings if you are considering taking the offline route. However, it is suggested that you book online, for better transparency.
- Is there any incentive if I am an early booker?
- Yes, Hero has promised that for all bookings done before 15th March 2024, you will get a Mavrick kit that will comprise of certain accessories and merchandise of the roadster. Hero says the total worth of this kit is Rs 10,000.
Hero Mavrick Deliveries
- Okay, so you have booked the Mavrick but what about deliveries? When do the deliveries commence?
- So, Hero has promised that it will start with the deliveries of the Mavrick from 15th April onwards. It is expected that the Hero’s biggest will reach bigger cities (or cities which have larger bookings) earlier and if you are from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 city (where Hero is delivering the motorcycle), you may need to wait more.

- What is the price of Mavrick?
- Mavrick is available in three variants which are priced between Rs 1.99 Lac to Rs 2.24 Lac.
- Are these prices introductory?
- Nowhere in the press note has Hero mentioned that these are introductory prices. So, we are assuming that these aggressive price tags are here to stay, unlike the sibling Harley X440, which received an increase after a few months.
