As was promised, Suzuki has officially launched the Gixxer SF 250 MotoGP Edition in India. It comes days after the company introduced the similar looking version for the SF 150 (details here).
The 2019 Gixxer SF 250 MotoGP is offered in Suzuki Racing Blue colour which carries the theme of the 2019 Suzuki MotoGP motorcycle – GSX-RR. It features Team Suzuki Ecstar stickers, wheel pin stripes and various decals.
Apart from the cosmetic changes, there are no mechanical differences with the standard model on offer. It continues with the same 249 cc, fuel injected, oil cooled, SOHC engine which can produce 26.5 PS of peak power at 9000 rpm and 22.6 Nm of max torque at 7500 rpm.

As compared to the standard version, there is a premium charge of only Rs 801 for the special edition.
