2022 KTM RC390 price is about 36,000 more than the outgoing version and surprisingly, it still misses out on adjustable suspension of the international variant…
So, after officially launching the long awaited 2022 390 Adventure in India, KTM has introduced the 2022 RC390 today. We already knew a lot about the midsize sports motorcycle from KTM and today we have a confirmation on almost everything.
2022 KTM RC390 Price and Colours
After updating its Website, KTM has officially announced the price of the new RC390.
That is a hefty price increment of almost Rs 36,000 over the older model. This also means that, like its Adventure 390 sibling, the full faired model has also breached that 3 lakh price mark.

2022 KTM RC 390 Highlights & Features
Unfortunately, despite the big increase in prices, the 2022 RC390 misses out on the adjustable suspension that its international model gets. It must be noted that rival TVS Apache RR 310 comes with adjustable front suspension.
Some key updates on the 2022 RC 390 include lighter chassis, new lighter wheels, 40% larger air-box, better aerodynamics thanks to re-designed fairing, improved suspension tuning and 15 mm raised handle-bars. This has provided the motorcycle with a slightly relaxed riding geometry – a feature that will make it more versatile in usage for a wider audience.
Other than the changes mentioned above, the rest of the bike remains largely the same. It will still utilise 320 mm single-disc unit at the front equipped with radially mounted 4-piston ByBre calipers at the front coupled with 230 mm disc with single-piston caliper at the rear.
Powering the supersport is the staple BS-VI compliant 373 cc, single-cylinder, DOHC engine putting out 43.5 PS at 9,000 RPM and 37 Nm of torque at 7,000 RPM. The engine will be connected to a 6-speed transmission aided by a slipper clutch and optional Quick-shifter. KTM also informs that there is a new engine map that increases torque and overall rideability.
The 2022 KTM RC 390 features full-LED lighting, 5” TFT instrumentation with complete Bluetooth capabilities, Traction control, lean-sensitive ABS etc.
