BMW Motorrad India has launched the 2021 edition of its adventure motorcycles R1250 GS and GSA. Along with the new paint job, the two bikes are also getting several new features.
The new BMW R1250 GS and GSA will be available in India as CBU(Completely Built Unit) and only Pro variants of the bikes will be sold.

From today onwards interested customers can book their new GS and GSA at the BMW showrooms near them.
The latest BMW GS and GSA come with improved ergonomics making them two of the best-in-class bikes for both on-road and off-road riding.
Both the GS and GSA pack a powerful twin-cylinder 1254cc boxer engine fused with a 6-speed gearbox and hydraulic clutch. It delivers a power output of 136hp at 7750 RPM along with a peak torque of 143Nm.
BMW has introduced the camshaft control BMW ShiftCam with the refreshed models of GS and GSA adventure bikes. This technology is quite new and offers more refined power in motorcycles while optimizing fuel emission and mileage.
BMW R1250 GS Features
The 2021 BMW R1250 GS and R1250 GS Adventure get the new Pro Riding Mode. Along with Rain and Road modes, a new Eco Riding Mode has also been introduced. The latter increases the efficiency by providing a softer throttle curve and moderating the torque limitation. Switching between the riding modes is very easy.
In the Pro Riding Mode, the rider gets Dynamic, Dynamic Pro, Enduro, and Enduro Pro. Dynamic Pro and Enduro Pro allow the rider to customize the bike’s settings as per choice.
The R1250 GS and GS Adventure also get the Electronic Dynamic ESA that provides adaptive damping with enhanced safety while not compromising with the performance and comfort the bikes have to offer in any riding conditions.
The BMW R 1250 GS and GSA also get Dynamic Traction Control offering protection during riding. Also, to climb uphills in rough terrains the bikes get Hill Start Control Pro (HSC Pro). For added safety, BMW has integrated ABS Pro on the wheels of the GS and the GS Adventure.

The adventure bikes from BMW also get new Adaptive LED lights. New features like heated grips and power sockets for charging smartphones are also on offer.
Additionally, there is a 6.5 inch color TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity support, navigation support, and various other features.

Along with the Spirit of GS edition comes the Rallye windscreen and yellow/black two-tone paint on the body and the seat.
There is also an optional Style triple Black paint scheme that adds more substance to the regular black storm metallic/black and agate grey color of the GS and GSA.
The drivetrain gets black paint and the main framework comes with metallic matt agate grey. The rear end and the handlebars also get black coloring. Adding more darker tone, the front panel carrier, luggage carrier, slider tube, and brake calipers also get a black paint job.
BMW G310 GS & G310R Get New Colors
There is another optional color scheme Style Rallye that offers a sportier look to the new 1250s. It brings the classic light white solid paint combined with racing blue metallic and racing red solid.
