As many as four new Mojo BS6 colors have been revealed by Mahindra so far. In the process the plan is to appeal to bikers who like sportier looking bikes. Launch is soon…
During the weekend, Mahindra has revealed as many as three new colors of its 2020 Mojo, after it went public with the first one – Garnet Black, which we have talked about on Friday. The fresh new colors are Ruby Red, Black Pearl and Red Agate.
The new Ruby Red option comes with a dual-tone paint theme, wherein the fuel tank, rim stickers, and the pillion grab-rail come in the shade of red. All the other components remain in black, while the big radiator cover hosts a BS6 sticker.
The Red Agate color also follows a dual-tone theme but instead of black, it is a mix of white and red. In fact, it is probably the choicest color from the palette. The Black Pearl is (almost) an all-black color theme.
While the new paint schemes make the Mojo look fresher, the overall design of the bike remains the same as its BS4 iteration. With the new funkier color shades, Mahindra is trying to attract bikers who like brighter colors. The bike continues featuring twin-pod headlights, huge radiator shrouds that extend to the sides of the bike, etc.

In terms of mechanical specifications, the BS4 version of the bike generated peak power of 26.29 PS and 28 Nm of max torque from its 293 cc engine. However, as the bike transitions to BS6 emission norms, we expect slight changes to these numbers. While it is certain that the launch is just round the corner, we hope retail prices do not see a major increase.
