In its pursuit of refreshing its lineup with Bharat Stage 6 products, Kawasaki has officially launched the new Ninja 1000SX in India.
The motorcycle comes with a sightly different fairing and all-LED dual headlamps. There are changes to the exhaust canister as well and the brakes also appear to be non-petals at the front.
The new Ninja 1000SX is powered by the same 1043cc, liquid cooled, in-line four cylinder engine which can produce 142 PS of peak power at 10,000 rpm and 111 Nm of max torque at 8000 rpm. The liter class motorcycle weighs 238 kilos and has a 19 liter fuel tank.

In terms of electronics, Ninja 1000SX gets electronic cruise control, Kawasaki cornering management function, Kawasaki Intelligent anti-lock Brake System and three riding modes – Sport, Rain, Road apart from the Manual mode.

Other features include 4.3 inch TFT color instrumentation, Kawasaki quick shifter, new adjustable windshield and Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport S22 tyres. The motorcycle also has the provision of Bluetooth connectivity and it can be connected to your smartphone through the Rideology app.
