It is well known that Bajaj is preparing the 2019 Dominar 400. It has been spotted testing multiple times in and around Pune and other places. But when will it hit the markets is a question we have been receiving quite frequently.
Save for the lone statement by Rajiv Bajaj (that ‘they will market new Dominars soon‘), there is nothing official from the company yet. However, a recent development probably gave away the first hints about Bajaj’s plans.
Dominar Sales
For the month of November 2018, Bajaj dispatched only 170 units of Dominar 400 in the market, which is its lowest numbers yet! It doesn’t appear to be a fall in the demand or sales of the model but this is probably a big hint at the big possibility of Bajaj discontinuing the production of the current model to create space for the upcoming model’s launch.

A new report at Bikewale claims that, according to their sources, Bajaj has already started manufacturing the new Dominar 400. They say that Bajaj will bill dealerships by early next week and it is expected to be available at the major dealerships by the end of next week.
Which means that the official information can hit our mailboxes anytime soon.
