Yamaha Paints The YZF-R3 Orange; Little More Torque, Little Less Weight

Yamaha R3 colours palette has received a new addition in Taiwan – vibrant orange. No sign of it coming to India yet…

Yamaha have updated their much-loved 300 cc supersport YZF-R3 in Taiwan with a new paint scheme – Vivid Orange. This colour replaces the previously available Teal variant and is offered alongside other two colours – Midnight Black and Racing Blue.

In Taiwan, Yamaha is asking TWD 2,70,000 which equates to a mind-boggling Rs. 7.2 Lakh in our currency.

The new Vivid Orange livery sports a dual-tone paint scheme combining bright Orange with Matte Grey on the bike. The vibrant Orange colour covers the fuel tank, the front fender and top part of the headlight fairing. The rest of the bike is covered in matte Grey and bears ‘R3’ name on the sides of the fairing in Orange colour.
