Access is Suzuki’s bread and butter model in India. It is the country’s largest selling 125cc scooter and has been doing extremely well for the last many years.
The Bharat Stage 6 model was launched earlier this year. Apart from emission related compliance, it also received few updates like LED headlamp, external fuel filling, etc. And now we have an exclusive sneak that Suzuki is preparing to add more color(s) to its palette, just like it did with the Burgman Street very recently (see here).
That is not all, our reliable source tells us that the special edition of Access, which differs in color theme currently, will get more features in this upgrade (apart from one or two new colors possibly).
Launch is slated for the second part of this month, most probably towards the last week so that the scoots reach dealerships just on time to latch on the festive season when buying sentiments are expected to be high.

Mechanically, both the variants will continue with the same specs – 8.7 PS at 6750 rpm and 10Nm at 5500 rpm from the air cooled 124cc motor.
Currently, Access is priced between Rs 69,100 and Rs 71,700; whereas the SE edition costs Rs 72,500 and Rs 73,400 for drum and disc variants respectively. While the standard trim is expected to remain unchanged, there may be a minor hike on the SE.
