Days Ahead of Launch 250 Adventure Spotted at a Dealership

Upcoming KTM 250 Adventure launch date should be revealed very soon. It has already started reaching dealerships…

KTM is ready to drop its next bomb in the entry level adventure segment. The 250 Adventure, which has not been launched anywhere yet, is expected to debut in India very (very) soon. The motorcycle has been snapped at a dealership in India, revealing all about the India-spec model.

The 250 Adventure is the younger sibling of the 390 Adventure which was launched earlier this year in India. The quarter liter model is expected to attract pretty high interest because of its affordability factor. It has also been updated at the official Indian website.

The 250 Adventure will be available in two color options – orange and black. It gets power from the 250 Duke’s engine which belts out 24 Nm of peak torque and 30 PS of max power. It shares a lot of parts, including the Trellis frame and the 43 mm WP upside down forks, with the 390 Adventure.

Unlike what was being tested on the roads, the 250 Adventure will continue with halogen bulb with LED surround DRLs. This is what the model will start with at least. Since the 250 Duke was recently updated with LED headlamp, KTM may have kept this updated for the ADV for some later date.

BIG Downgrade: KTM RC390 Spotted with MRF Tyres; No Price Reduction

We estimate the 250 Adventure to be priced around the 2.40-2.50 Lakh mark which will mean that it will undercut its more powerful sibling by around Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000 – justifying its presence in the lineup.
