UM Renegade Deliveries Delayed- to Begin in June-July; Crosses 1,000 Bookings

UM has been a brand which has been plagued with delays from the word go! While the first showcase at the 2014 Auto Expo got them a good response, they worked on firming their Indian plans for two years. The 2016 Expo finally saw the launch of three motorcycles – Renegade Commando, Sport S and Classic with an all new engine.

When we last spoke to the management, they had announced that deliveries of these bikes will begin from the month of May. While Commando and Sport S were planned to be sold from starting, Classic was scheduled to come later. However we have come to know that deliveries of these bikes are further delayed by a month or two!

With bookings on since the Auto Expo, the manufacturer informs that they have reached the figure of 1000 units which is encouraging. Deliveries now will commence from June-July!
