UM, after launching its motorcycles at the Auto Expo last month, has revealed details about its dealer line-up. The bike maker, which will start sales with two motorcycles, is expected to start retailing their products very soon with the first phase of dealerships opening their shutters in major cities very soon.
The company has already started accepting bookings for the Renegade Commando and Renegade Sport S, two very interesting cruisers. You can also make bookings via the dealerships with a payment of a booking amount of Rs 5,000.

Here is the list of 25 cities where UM has plans to open dealerships (or they are already operational):

From the next month, all the listed dealerships are expected to be operational which is when they will be offering test rides of their motorcycles as well. Deliveries will begin around the month of June or July. They also claim to have a dealership in Kolkata but for some reason it has not been mentioned in the following infographic.
Powering both the bikes is a new 280 cc liquid cooled engine producing 24.8 hp of maximum power at 8,500 rpm and 21.8 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm. The Renegade Sport S is the entry model which has been priced at Rs 1.49 Lakhs and the Commando costs Rs 1.59 Lakhs.
The third model Classic, the flagship, has been priced at Rs 1.69 Lakhs and will be made available later (all prices ex-showroom). If your city is not in this list, it will be added soon, possibly in the next phase of expansion when UM will reach the tier 2 and other cities…
