It appears TVS has decided to freshen up its lineup ahead of the festive season. Recently, it shared with the media about its Sport entering record books for its high fuel efficiency (details here). Next motorcycle to hog the headlines is the Star City+ which has received a new special edition.
TVS has announced the launch of a dual tone Star City+ which gets a colour combination of White and Black which go with some red stripes on the body to make for an attractive offering. Apart from the new colour theme, the special edition Star City+ is also equipped with premium dual tone seat, dual tone mirrors and red coloured shock absorbers. Complementing the overall design is the black coloured grab rail.
TVS Star City Price
The regular Star City+ range starts from Rs 53,047 and the special edition of the motorcycle is priced at Rs 54,579 ex-showroom Delhi, which means you need to pay Rs 1532 more for the added cosmetics. There is also a Kargil Edition which sits at the top at Rs 55,579 – all prices ex-showroom Delhi. In all, TVS has listed around 10 different colour shades for its City+ on its website.
All the variants of Star City Plus are powered by the same 109.7cc single cylinder engine which produces 8.4 PS of peak power at 7000 rpm and 8.7 Nm of max torque at 5000 rpm. It comes paired with a 4-speed gearbox.
