TVS has announced a ‘LAST CHANCE OFFER’ on its Bharat Stage 4 compliant 2-wheeers. People who are interested can save almost upto ₹20,000 when they buy a TVS scooter, motorcycle or a moped.
TVS BS4 Discounts
Under this offer, TVS has announced a cash discount of Rs 11,000 on most of its scooters and motorcycles ranging from the cheapest Scooties to the costliest Apache RR 310 (listed on their page). TVS is counting ₹9000 as an average increase in price of corresponding BS6 vehicles taking the total indicative savings to upto ₹20,000.
The most interesting offer is on the XL100 moped. TVS has specified that the Bharat Stage 4 compliant version of XL100 is available at a flat cash discount of ₹7500. Now, we are considering that this offer is across all the variants of XL100. The entry level XL100 Comfort is priced at ₹30,490 ex-showroom Delhi according to TVS’ official website. This means that the moped could be bought for as low as ₹22,990 which is 25 percent knocked off the original price! This also makes it the cheapest motorized 2-wheeler in India (and probably the world!).

TVS has already launched the BS6 variant of XL100 which now comes with fuel injection. Though there is no entry level variant yet but the price hike in this transition is roughly ₹3000-3500. Which means that you end up saving more, effectively!
