TVS Apache series has been one of the most successful and most desired motorcycles in the country and in many parts across the world.
For close to two decades now, the Pulsar series of motorcycles from the house of Bajaj has been the undisputed leader in the entry-level performance biking arena in the country. However, if there has been any other bike that has challenged the Pulsars, it has to be the TVS Apache series.
First introduced in 2005, the Apache series has grown over time and have cemented its place as one of the most aspired motorcycles in the country. Apaches have presented many segment-first features including dual-channel ABS, ride modes, SmartXonnect (smartphone connectivity system), slipper clutch, GTT (Glide Through Technology), etc.
The series of motorcycles spans across two categories – naked (from 160 cc to 200 cc) and Super Sports (fully-faired, 310 cc motorcycle). Over the years, the brand has been witnessing a continuous spike in sales, and the company now informs that it has crossed the 4-million global sales milestone with Apaches.

On this occasion, TVS has collaborated with its customers and has created the “Longest Chequered Flag” with length 957 feet. It has sourced images from customers globally, and with 2,000 images, it has set the record in Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records for creating the longest chequered flag, at the company’s manufacturing plant in Mysore, Karnataka.

Currently, the Apache series consists of Apache RTR 160, Apache RTR 160 4V, Apache RTR 180, Apache RTR 200 4V, and the Apache RTR RR 310.
