Triumph Trident price leak on the official website was quickly covered up by the company and the tag is no more visible. Details inside..
Triumph commenced pre-bookings of Trident 660 in India in November 2020. Trident is the company’s all new roadster model that has been confirmed to be placed under the current Roadster range.
In a latest gaffe, Triumph, for a moment, put up the price of the Trident on its website and that was captured by a portal. According to the screenshots that we can see, Trident has been labelled at Rs 6.95 Lakh ex-showroom. However, the price tag has been taken off now.
The current cheapest model – Street Twin – costs Rs 7.45 Lakh. In our estimation, we had shared earlier that the Trident would be expected to be priced at around Rs 7 Lakh levels and this is precisely where the new model appears to have been placed. At Rs 6.95 Lakh, it will undercut other models by at least Rs 50,000.

Trident will be a CKD model which comes with a 660cc, triple cylinder engine that produces 81 PS of peak power at 10,250 rpm and 64 Nm of max torque at 6250 rpm. It looks brilliant and should be a very interesting offering in the Indian mid-size motorcycle space.
