Last week Suzuki had rolled out invites for an online launch event that will take place at 3 o clock today. It has been trying to build hype for the machine that we know will be a scooter.
And just minutes before Suzuki will commence its official launch proceedings, we have most of the details of what is in store.
Suzuki Avenis is the name of the scooter that will be launched today. It will be a sporty scoot targeted at Gen Z and most probably sit between Access and Burgman Street.
It will be powered by the same 125cc engine that will churn 6.4 KW (8.7 PS) of peak power at 6750 rpm and 10 Nm of max torque at 5500 rpm.
Suzuki Avenis will come in four flashy colors. It has styling similar to TVS Ntorq with apron mounted LED headlamps, stylish handlebar and external fueling.

Other features that we now know are USB charger and LED tail lamp. In addition, there will be a Race Edition on offer as well. Avenis will also get Suzuki’s Ride Connect that will allow Smartphone pairability and offer additional information like missed call alert, caller ID, whats app message, among other details.
