Royal Enfield’s next generation motorcycle onslaught in the entry level 350cc segment started with the Meteor 350. Promoted as an easy cruiser, Meteor 350 is doing a fairly good business. More importantly, it is a remarkable update from the older 350 platform which spawns the top sellers like Classic 350 and others.
In a latest update, the Chennai based maker is taking the Meteor 350 to the American market next month. Meteor 350 has been launched at a price tag of $4399 (3.28 Lac INR) for the Fireball versions, $4499 (3.36 Lac INR) for the Stellar versions and $4599 (3.43 Lac INR) for the Supernova versions. All the seven colors – Fireball Yellow, Fireball Red, Stellar Black, Stellar Red, Stellar Blue, Supernova Brown
Supernova Blue are on offer. Sibling Himalayan is sold at $4999 (about 3.73 Lac in INR) in that country.

The American spec Meteor 350 continues to be powered by the same, 349cc, single cylinder, air-oil cooled engine that is capable of producing 20.2 bhp of peak power at 6100 rpm and 19.9 Ft/lbs (27 Nm) of max torque at 4000 rpm. It weighs 421 lbs (191 kg) and has a fuel capacity of 3.96 gallons (15 liter). It will be the first motorcycle in the Royal Enfield’s portfolio to introduce Tripper Navigation in USA.
