Pulsar NS125 Gets Major Price Hike; Now Costlier Than Pulsar 150 Neon

Pulsar NS125 latest price is now higher than its elder sibling Pulsar 150 by over Rs 1000. It comes devoid of ABS!

Bajaj has gone literally crazy with price hikes on its motorcycles. The latest bike to get a price increment is the entry-level Pulsar NS125 which was launched earlier this year at Rs 93,690. Here is how much it costs now..

That means the price increment is INR 4,416 which corresponds to almost 5 percent – at one go!

The revised pricing is applicable from 1st of July. After the price rise, the NS125 is now INR 1037 expensive than the Pulsar 150 Neon which has a bigger displacement. Currently, the Pulsar 150 Neon costs INR 98,067 ex-showroom Delhi.

With major price increments necessitated due to the latest BS6 emission norms and various other regulations, 125cc motorcycles are the new 150s. Seeing a spike in demand here, Bajaj went the whole hog – first by introducing the Pulsar brand in this segment and then adding the sporty NS to the line-up.

Unlike its elder siblings, the NS125 comes with a basic air-cooled engine. Although NS125 belongs to the NS line up, however, it comes devoid of ABS, which is mandatory on bigger (than 125cc) bikes. It gets simple telescopic forks at the front along with a mono-shock at the rear.
