Bajaj Doing a Karizma; Clearest Spy Pic of New Pulsar 250F

This Pulsar 250F spy pic reveals the body contours and styling of the upcoming model clearly for the first time…

It is known that Bajaj is preparing its next-generation of Pulsars that are expected to have bigger displacement models in the lineup (bigger than the existing highest displacement of 220cc). Pulsar 250, as they are called will, at least have, two variants – one naked and one semi-faired.

Though spy pics of both of them have surfaced earlier, this time we have a clearer shot of the ‘F’ version. The good thing is that it doesn’t look overdone as the Pulsar RS200 but it does have resemblance with Apache RR 310 and for some reason, we also see a Karizma there, from the sides!

There is a strong semi-fairing upfront which is plonked on a muscular, flowing body which ends in a pointed tail. That short exhaust could have been bigger considering that the canister is an important design element of the immensely popular Pulsar 220.

The chunky mud-guard, underbelly engine guard and other bits suggest that the company has worked on the design extensively and it will be a handsome motorcycle, for sure. We do not have any pic of the front of the motorcycle yet to ascertain its face.

The upcoming Pulsar 250F will come with a newly developed near 250cc engine that will be air-oil cooled (and not water-cooled like the RS200). It is expected to churn power output of around 23-25 bhp.
