It was very recently revealed that Hero is coming up with a new Xpulse 200 through spy pics. Decals of the 4V moniker suggested that the new model will get a 4 valve engine that suggests that Hero has worked on the motor.
There is a possibility that the Xpulse 200 4V may get the much needed more firepower. In a latest update, this upcoming model has again been spotted but this time at a dealer meet. This suggests that the motorcycle is absolutely sale ready. In fact, Hero has also teased it on social media and has created a new placeholder for the upcoming variant on its official website with a ‘Coming Soon’ ticker.
The ADV from Hero will definitely continue with the same 199.6 cc single-cylinder engine that received oil cooling last year. A 4-valve setup is expected to increase power numbers and may offer enhanced performance specially at higher revs.
The images reveal that Hero has updated the switchgear of the bike. The start button has been fused into the engine kill switch in a single unit, reducing the electronics on the right flank. It also gets new colors. There may be more such changes that we will come to know in the days to come.

Aside this, Hero may also drop another variant of XPulse 200 4V with the Rally Kit fitted right from the production facility. If that happens, it will significantly reduce the price of the motorcycle. We should hear about the launch in the coming few days…
