Exclusive: 2020 Access BS6 to Get New Matt Silver; LIVE Pics of Changes

Suzuki has officially announced its 2020 Access BS6 for the Indian market, however, it has only shared one single pic of the scooter which does NOT reveal the changes it will adorn.

We have some exclusive pics of the scooter which reveal many non-announced details.

First up, Access BS6 will get this new matt silver colour which will be called as ‘Metallic Matt Platinum Silver’ in Suzuki speak. Currently, it is sold in Metallic Sonic Silver colour.

Here is the other new colour in the palette – Metallic dark greenish blue. It will be sold in the SE variant.

The other change is the introduction of LED headlamp.

Here is the scoot in Metallic Matte black colour of the SE (special edition). It continues with contrast red coloured seat. Live pic also previews the LED headlamp.

The biggest change is the introduction of external fuel filler cap. Here is how Suzuki has integrated it without altering the basic rear design.

Another change is the introduction of the voltage meter on the digital console. It shows the battery’s health. Here is how it will look like.

Here is a live pic of the console. It continues with the analog-digital theme but now has additional Eco Assist illumination lights around that speedometer.

New 2020 Access BS6 continues with the same 124cc engine but it now gets fuel injection. Power has not seen any drop and it still produces 8.7 PS at 7000 rpm. Torque is down a wee bit to 10 Nm at 5500 rpm.

Suzuki is yet to announce the price of the latest edition. Official sale and deliveries of the new Access BS6 will commence from second-third week of January 2020.
