2020 200 Duke BS6 Launched; Gets Dual-Channel ABS

New 2020 200 Duke BS6 price hike is Rs 10,500 over the outgoing version but it comes with significant updates and features…

As we saw in its recent spyshots, KTM has officially launched the updated 2020 200 Duke in India. The biggest change is the new styling the motorcycle has received. The 200 Duke graduates to the new-generation design of the 250 Duke and 390 Duke.

In addition, it gets a new, lightweight, split trellis frame. It also now comes equipped with fresher headlamp with LED DRLs. Moreover, the motorcycle has been upgraded to dual channel ABS (the older Duke came with single-channel ABS).

KTM has also lent the motorcycle a bigger 13.4 liter fuel tank (from 10.2 liters of the older version) which, it says, will provide 30 percent additional range.

It continues with the same 4-valve, DOHC, liquid cooled 200cc engine which produces 25 PS of peak power at 10,000 rpm and 19.3 Nm of max torque at 8000 rpm (slightly down from 19.5 Nm of the outgoing version). Like its elder siblings, the 200 Duke has also not seen any significant drop in these numbers.
