So, Yamaha India have launched the 2022 Aerox 155 Monster Energy MotoGP Edition in India at Rs. 1,141,300/- (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Aerox 155 joins the other 3 Yamaha MotoGP Edition models – R15M, MT-15 v2 & RayZR 125Fi. A few months back, the previous generation Yamaha Monster Energy MotoGP Editions were discontinued in India when all these special edition models were sold out.

The 2022 Iteration of Aerox 155 Monster Energy MotoGP Edition has been introduced at Rs. 1,41,300/- (ex-showroom,Delhi). It is asking a premium of Rs. 3,000/- from standard Aerox 155 which is asking Rs. 1,39,000/- (ex-showroom, Delhi) in 3 colours.
Yamaha have announced that the 2022 Aerox 155 MotoGP Edition maxi-scooter will be sold through their premium Blue Square outlet across India. Furthermore, their bookings and availability have commenced from these dealerships across India.

The MotoGP Edition Aerox 155, similar to the other 3 models, carries visual inspiration from Yamaha’s championship-winning Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP M1 track monster. It sports an all-Black colour treatment along with ‘Yamaha MotoGP’ branding on the visor, front apron, front mudguard, side panels, rear panels and the ‘X’ Centre Motif. It also gets the ‘Golden Yamaha Logo’ which signifies the championship-winning pedigree of the Japanese manufacturer.
Other than the new MotoGP-inspired colour scheme and graphics, the rest of the Aerox 155 remains standard.
The Aerox 155 is powered by the 155 cc, Blue Core, single-cylinder, engine equipped with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA). It puts out 15 PS of power & 13.9 Nm of torque connected to a CVT (continuously variable transmission) transmission system.
