Hero has also launched its Bharat Stage 6 compliant Glamour – one of the largest selling 125cc motorcycle in India. Apart from slightly different looks, the new Glamour packs in many internal changes.
It is equipped with a new diamond frame and has a 20 percent higher ground clearance (180 mm). It also gets better suspension with 14 percent higher travel for the front telescopic and 10 percent more travel for the dual rear coils.
The updated 125cc fuel injected engine produces peak power of 10.73 bhp at 7500 rpm and 10.6 Nm of max torque at 6000 rpm. For reference, the older Glamour FI produced 11.5 bhp at 7500 rpm and 11 Nm at 6000 rpm. This means that both the numbers have dropped by 0.77 bhp and 0.4 Nm respectively.
The new 2020 Glamour is also equipped with a 5-speed gearbox now. Hero has also introduced a new auto sail technology which appears to be similar to TVS’ GTT (Glide Through Traffic). It continues with the idle start-stop i3s technology which helps in better fuel consumption.

According to Hero’s website, the older Glamour FI BS4 was sold in the top of the line single variant at Rs 70,950 which means that the hike is just Rs 1450 or 2 percent.
