Breaking: Yamaha Launches FZ v3 ABS at Rs 95,000

2019 FZ ABS price is about Rs 8000 more than the outgoing model…

At an event in Bangalore today, Yamaha has officially launched the 2019 FZ version 3 in India. As a new generation model, it gets a host of changes and updates which make it an even more desirable motorcycle, at least in terms of looks.

2019 FZ Features

The new FZ range comes with a newly designed sub-frame, single channel ABS sourced from BOSCH and altered position of the handlebar. It also gets an LCD instrument cluster and LED headlamps.

Among the important cosmetic changes, the new FZ gets a redesigned tank with air scoops, lower underbelly cowl and additional tank extensions which make it look fresher.

The motorcycle continues to produce 13.2 PS of peak power at 8000 rpm and 12.8 Nm of max torque from the same 149 cc air cooled single cylinder, fuel injected engine.

In comparison, the older FZ was priced at Rs 82,040 and 84,042 ex-showroom for the front disc versions. The rear disc FZS was selling at Rs 88,042, which means that the they are charging a premium of about Rs 9000 for the new version.
