Apart from exciting and well priced products, what do you think is the reason behind KTM’s success story in India? Its customer engagement plan! While most companies forget the customers after finishing their sales and after sales obligations, KTM takes it a step further by frequently organising Orange Days and Track Days. These events allow KTM owners to engage safely in exciting races and enjoy the best out of their motorcycles.
The next KTM Orange Day will be organised this Saturday, September 28, 2019. This is limited to the RC200 and Duke 200 motorcycles.
KTM has conceptualised Orange days to acclimatise its customers with the racing genes present in Dukes and RCs. Also competing and interacting with fellow KTM owners helps in building a biker brotherhood.
