Very recently Kawasaki unveiled its retro motorcycle the Z650RS to the world. And shortly after its introduction the motorcycle has been introduced here in India.
The Z650RS joins the company’s RS range of motorcycles and is based on the company’s Z650 platform and is the newest member in the range.
It is powered by a 649cc, liquid cooled, parallel twin cylinder engine that churns 68 PS of peak power at 8000 rpm and 64 Nm of max torque at 6700 rpm – paired with a 6 speed gearbox.

The naked Z650 is priced at Rs 6.24 Lac which makes the RS costlier by Rs 41,000. However, it is still Rs 30,000 cheaper than the Triumph Trident 660.

Key features of the motorcycle include lightweight trellis frame, all-LED lighting, spoke-style alloy wheels, etc. There is a dual dial instrumentation with multi-function LCD display and the motorcycle offers a relaxed riding posture.
Kawasaki says that deliveries will commence from end onwards or by early December.
