Upcoming Husqvarna Vektorr Electric Scooter Unveiled

Husqvarna Vektorr is the company’s electric scooter concept that gives us a sneak into what lies ahead. It will be made by Bajaj and launched next year…

Just a few days after it revealed its electric motorcycle E-Pilen, Husqvarna has let the world see its upcoming electric scooter which is called as Vektorr in its concept form.

If there is any such category in scooters, then the Vektorr qualifies for the neo-retro tag easily. Its simplistic design looks basic but futuristic. The round headlamp upfront appears to be taken from the Svartpilens and Vitpilens. The front apron is a lot motorcycle-like-windshield. The side panels, in white, exude, style and that yellow tinge here and there adds sportiness.

The Vektorr is based on the same platform on which Bajaj Chetak is made. Considering Husqvarna’s past, rest assured the production version would be very close to what we see on our screens right now.

Husqvarna Vektorr
Have you seen this before…?

According to the product page, Vektorr concept has a top speed of 45 kmph along with a range of 95 km. However, considering that it will share the near 4 KW motor and other underpinnings with the Chetak, we hope to see a top speed in the range of 60-70 kmph, like Chetak.

Confirmed: Recently Unveiled Husqvarna E-Pilen Launch Next Year

The Vektorr has been delayed by a year and it will now be launched next year (more details). It will be manufactured by Bajaj at its Chakan plant in Maharashtra for India and most part of the world.
