Husqvarna electric scooter launch has been pushed for next year for undisclosed reasons. It will share Chetak’s platform…
In one of its earlier presentations, Pierer Mobility Group – the head of brands like KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas, revealed that it had plans to put the first Husqvarna electric scooter in the markets in 2021.
However, in its latest presentation, the launch has been pushed to 2022 with a tag ‘in development‘. Bajaj and KTM have developed this joint platform on which Chetak has already been launched in the Indian market. There will be more electric scooters made, including this upcoming Husky.
Ola Scooter will be Aggressively Priced; Will Also Go International
It will carry a 4 KW electric motor, very similar to Chetak’s. Unlike the curvaceous Chetak, Husqvarna’s scooter looks sportier. It is expected to have a round headlamp at the front apron along with what looks like split seats. There is no clear image of the scoot yet, apart from the one that you see on this page. So a lot of its design and specs remain unclear.
