Honda sales April 2021 – The company also had a muted month due to falling buying sentiments. However, its exports are a green signal…
Honda 2 Wheeler India has released its monthly sales numbers for April 2021. Like most others, the Jap also actively controlled its dispatches to dealerships in these uncertain times. It did not want inventory pile-up in its network.
It registered total sales of 2,83,045 units. Out of this, it exported 42,945 units outside India. Corresponding sales for the last April were nil since India was under complete lockdown in the first wave of COVID-19. Honda exported 2630 units in April 2020.
Honda is ecstatic about its export numbers since its renewed focus on them seems to be working. It must be noted that the company has established a dedicated Overseas Business vertical which focusses completely on expanding Honda India’s footprint across the world. The company is already exporting to various countries, including the home country of Japan.
