Yesterday, Honda announced the launch of its seventh Bharat Stage 6 model – CD110 Dream (link to launch story). It also becomes Honda’s first 100 cc motorcycle in the lineup to get updated and is now eligible for sale. However, the company, for some reason, omitted reveling a few details yesterday. However, they are now out in the public. Let us list all the three..
Engine Specs – Like the 2020 Activa and Dio, the BS6 CD110 Dream also gets a new engine. The 109.51 cc (47 x 63.1 mm – bore x stroke) produces 8.8 PS of peak power at 7500 rpm and maximum torque of 9.30 Nm at 5500 rpm. This is an increment of 0.44 PS and 0.67 Nm over the older model.
Price – Honda, probably intentionally, revealed the ex-showroom Ahmedabad price of the motorcycle (because it is lower). Ex-showroom Delhi price is generally considered as the standard price. 2020 CD 110 Dream’s ex-showroom Delhi price is Rs 64,505 for the standard variant.

Variant – Honda did reveal that the motorcycle will continue to be offered in two variants but did not share the price of the higher spec. The CD 110 Dream deluxe variant costs Rs 65,505 ex-showroom Delhi – Rs 1000 more than the standard trim.

That is a big increment of around or more than Rs 15,000 over the older BS4 model. The motorcycle will start reaching dealerships soon and other 100 cc variants will also be introduced in the coming weeks/months.
